Children and teachers at school were welcomed back this week with a very exciting visit from international Saracens players Mouritz Botha and Carlos Nieto. This was the prize for winning the Wear Red Day competition in the Autumn, to raise money for the London Air Ambulance. Botha and Nieto gave an inspirational assembly describing how it feels to wake up on a morning you are representing your country (sweaty palms and emotional) as well as demonstrating a line-out thrown by William, and passing a ball over the heads of all the children in the hall. This was followed by a training session and a game of tag rugby in the playground. Good luck to the Saracens in their game against Gloucester this weekend!
