A very warm welcome back to you all. The Autumn Term is now happily under way and the halls are once again filled with the positive, energetic buzz of children.
As I am sure you will have noticed, the outside of the school has had a makeover during the summer holidays. It is now glowing white and highlighted with the school colours which represent the vision of Highgate Primary School. Yellow for the love of learning; blue for the importance of inclusion; orange for the essential support given; green for a vibrant, greener world and red for a healthy lifestyle for all our children. All of these colours reflect the school’s values and identity which are present in their daily school lives.
This week the teachers have held welcome meetings to introduce the parents to the exciting new topics and the expectations for the year ahead. It promises to be a busy term and before we know it, the crunch of Autumn leaves will entertain us on our walks to school.
Thank you to everyone for a great start to the school year.
