Blanche Nevile

Blanche Nevile School for Deaf children works in close partnership with Highgate Primary to provide education for 31 children from a wide range of London Boroughs. The Blanche Nevile children are taught by specially trained teachers, but also spend time in the mainstream Highgate classes. The teachers from both schools plan lessons together taking into account the needs and talents of all the children. This relationship defines the inclusive ethos of Highgate Primary. We believe that all the children benefit from playing and learning together.

Children from Blanche Nevile and Highgate Primary sing and sign the National Anthem with the Kaos Choir at the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games London 2012.
