Cookery Workshops for Children
We are delighted to announce we are running three cookery workshops during the Summer holidays that are now available to book on Eventbrite.
The workshops will take place in our Cookery Studio and are open to the school and wider community, so please help us to spread the word.
Wednesday 23rd July: Afternoon Tea Baking Class
9.30 – 12.00
We will be making a delicious mixed berry jam and elderflower cream. With the preserve making in full swing we will then bake a variety of different sweet and savoury scones, including traditional flavours and unique or seasonal ones.
You will make:

Thursday 24th July: British Classics – Fish and Chips and Apple Crumble
9.30 – 12.00
This workshop offers the chance to learn different techniques by making a crispy batter, perfectly cooked chips and a zingy tartare sauce.

Friday 25th July: Spanish Tapas
9.30 – 12.00
Learn to prepare and enjoy a variety of small plates, including patatas bravas and aioli, and immerse yourself in Spanish cuisine.

All the workshops will be led by our talented school chef, beekeeper and artist, Jakeline Londono. The cost of the workshops include all ingredients, a box to take everything home in and a recipe leaflet so your child can make the recipes over and over again!
