Therapeutic Services

At Highgate Primary School we believe that for children to be successful, it is essential for them to be well cared for and to feel emotionally nurtured. Our school has developed a unique therapeutic model to provide early intervention when a child is in need. The model takes a holistic approach to working with children and families.

The school has an on-site team of dedicated therapists who work in partnership with all school Staff and external professionals to support our children.

In four years our therapeutic team have done over 1500 hours of 1:1 counselling, psychotherapy, art therapy, musical therapy, play therapy and group sessions with our children.
